Mr. Karat Venugopal Parameshwar

Qualification: Chartered Accountant and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad Mr Karat is a seasoned and accomplished banker, business leader and CFO with experience across leading financial services institutions in multiple geographies. He is currently working with Wildlife Conservation Society-India, a non-profit organization, as the finance director, responsible for finance, accounting, administration, HR and programme monitoring. He is a key member of the senior leadership team at 360 ONE AMC, involved in strategic planning, operational monitoring and financial management of all aspects of the Retail Bank business as an advisor to the CEO and the Board. His expertise, spanning over 30 years, includes all aspects of business management and financial management including control, reporting, taxation, treasury and legal.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Garg

Independent Director

Mr. Garg is a compliance focused and results driven career banker with more than four decades of cross functional banking experience in Retail, SME, Wholesale segment (including Global Markets & Treasury) across four jurisdictions; India, New York, Uganda and London.
He was a whole time director of Bank of Baroda and served as Chief Executive of US Operations of the bank at New York, Managing Director, Bank of Baroda (Uganda) Ltd at Kampala and Financial Controller of the Bank’s UK operations at London. He also served as Director of Bank of Baroda (Guyana) Ltd, Bank of Baroda (Trinidad & Tobago) Ltd, Bank of Baroda (Kenya) Ltd. In addition, he held directorship positions at BOB Financial Solutions Ltd, India First Life Insurance Company Ltd, Uganda Securities Exchange Ltd, Uganda Institute of Banking and Finance Ltd and Neighbourhood Housing Services Ltd, USA.
He transformed business in ‘Bank of Baroda’ by leveraging new age technology, introduction of innovative products to enhance customer experience, cost optimisation, adherence to robust Risk Management & Governance framework with added focus on culture of Compliance.
He liaised with global financial regulators, government authorities and peers in industry to formulate and implement best practices. He represented the bank in various strategic committee meetings organized by GOI, MOF, IBA to formulate new digital initiatives pertaining to SME lending, Payments & recovery of impaired assets.
After his superannuation, Mr. Garg has served / is serving as Independent Director and Member Advisory Board of NBFCs, trustee company and Corporates.
He was conferred with various coveted awards and accolades during his career span; notably Best Bank award for Home Loans segment in all Bank category for the FY 2017-18 and Pearl of Africa Lifetime Achievement Award 2013 by the Prime Minister of Uganda.
He is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce & a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Delhi University.

Mr. Parmod Kumar Nagpal

Independent Director

Mr. Nagpal has four decades of work experience in the securities markets. At present, Mr. Nagpal is an Advocate (Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa) and has provided consultancy and legal advisory to a regulator, law firms, market participants and international consultancy firms on various aspects of securities markets.
He worked with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for over three decades (1989 – 2019) in all operational departments. He was also Chief Vigilance Officer, Adjudication Officer and Director of National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM). He held the position of Executive Director for about 13 years.
He chaired the standing committee of financial sector regulators (SEBI, RBI, IRDA and PFRDA) on credit rating agencies. He was Chair of standing committees of International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) on Issuer Accounting, Audit and Disclosures, comprising of 33 jurisdictions.

Mr. Mohan Radhakrishnan

Mr. Mohan, is the Senior Advisor- Compliance & Regulatory Affairs at 360 ONE Group and a Director of 360 ONE Asset Trustee Ltd, the Trustee Company for 360 ONE Mutual Fund and Alternate Investments Funds (AIF). He is a Chartered Accountant with over 36 years of wide experience in financial services and securities market regulations, supervisions and compliances and Corporate governance. He was associated with IIFL Group from September 2005 till November 2020 for about 15 years as the Group Chief Compliance Officer and Director of IIFL Securities Ltd. At IIFL Group, he was involved in successful initiation, implementation of various strategic growth and corporate initiatives and setting up of regulatory systems, compliance and governance processes across the entire group from its development as a retail broking entity to a diversified large financial services group spanning across securities market, wealth and asset management, financing and insurance distribution.
