What is the investment objective of the fund?

The objective is to generate long term capital appreciation using structural, cyclical, and tactical investing opportunities in equities with optionality of hedging and shorting. There is no assurance that the investment objective of the Investment strategy will be achieved.

Who is the Fund Manager?

The Fund Manager is Mr. Harsh Agarwal, with nearly 20 years of long–short investing experience, including leadership roles in multi-asset AIFs at Tata AMC. He holds an MBA from Symbiosis Pune and certifications CPM, CTM, and NISM XIX-C.

What is the benchmark index?

BSE 500 TRI.

What is the minimum application amount?

₹10,00,000 during the NFO and on an ongoing basis, in multiples of ₹1 thereafter. For Accredited Investors, the minimum is ₹1,00,000. Aggregate investment across DynaSIF strategies must be at least ₹10,00,000.

What is the exit load?

0.5% if redeemed within 3 months of allotment; Nil thereafter.

What is the subscription/redemption frequency?

Daily (only on business days).

What is the taxation applicable?

The fund follows equity taxation. Investors should consult their tax advisor or ISID.
